Selection: Should be fresh, firm & green. Seeds should not be well developed.
Preparation: Rinse; top & tail, cook whole or slice.

And Tastes So Good: Steam, serve hot with a knob of butter or warm with a favourite dressing, herbs and chopped nuts; add to soups or stir fries.
Storage: Keep in perforated plastic bag in vegetable drawer of fridge.
