Selection: Usually oval or pear shaped “Roma” should be firm, smooth skinned and may be slightly pink.

Preparation: Wash in cold water.

Good for You: Contains Vitamins A, C & E; lycopene – a power anti-oxidant, potassium and calcium

And Tastes So Good: Is considered less acidic, and known as the Italian tomato.

Storage: At room temperature out of direct sunlight.
